Founded in 2009 under the guidance of Victory Christian International Fellowship of Churches, Rhema Theological Christian Seminary emerged as a transformative initiative from the vision of Victory Cathedral Worship Center. Originally developed as an extension of the Reformation Ministers Academy, Rhema was established to empower church leaders, aspiring ministers, and dedicated members of congregations with both biblical knowledge and practical skills for effective ministry.
